Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Format
SUSU – The Art of Conscious Money is a 12-week individual coaching programme delivered through a combination of:
-
weekly online coaching sessions,
-
a progressive e-learning platform (modules unlocked weekly),
-
companion workbook and handouts.
The programme is experiential and reflective.
2. Scope of the Programme
This programme is designed for personal development and coaching purposes only.
It does not replace financial, legal, tax, or therapeutic advice.
Participants remain fully responsible for their personal, financial, and professional decisions throughout the programme.
3. Access & Participation
Access to the online content is granted for the duration of the programme and for a reasonable period after completion.
Active participation, presence, and personal engagement are essential to benefit fully from the programme.
4. Payment Terms
The programme fee is payable in full prior to the start date, or via an agreed instalment plan.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation & Withdrawal
Once the programme has started, no refunds are offered.
If a participant is unable to continue, sessions may be:
-
postponed within the same calendar year, or
-
transferred to another person, subject to prior agreement.
Unused sessions not completed within this timeframe are forfeited.
6. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations and shared materials are confidential.
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of any group or community spaces, where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All programme content (videos, workbooks, handouts, exercises) remains the intellectual property of Nayéli.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.
8. Ethical Framework
This programme is grounded in respect, autonomy, and non-judgement.
Any form of dependency, coercion, or financial pressure is contrary to its intention.
