My approach: Power Move coaching is a forward-driving, solution-oriented methodology designed to activate clarity, focus, and momentum. It blends the precision of coaching with the strategic insight of mentoring: coaching opens new perspectives and unlocks your own answers, while mentoring offers models, tools, and lived experience you can immediately apply.
This programme is intentionally crafted for fast-thinkers, dynamic achievers and purpose-led individuals who want support to stay aligned, purposeful, and consistently moving toward their goals.
Thus, your state of mind brings you an openness that promotes the achievement of your goals and equips you with the tools to detect and attract new opportunities. I support you in all the situations where you need to be supported and accompanied during a pivotal period. Through active listening and targeted questioning, I guide you to your goal, but I do not define the direction; YOU do. I help you go beyond and solve your difficulties on your own, but we share one common goal: YOUR development and YOUR personal success.
To achieve these results, I invite you to read the terms of our Coaching Agreement. It is the foundation of our collaboration.
Welcome to KZNPO (KAI-ZEN-PO), a coaching company. This agreement outlines the terms of the contract between: KZPO KAIZENPO LDA (known as KZNPO, Coaching Service Provider) and $FIRSTNAME$ $LASTNAME$, the Client. As our Client, you are welcome to send us any questions you may have before signing the contract.
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree that you are not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
KZNPO COACHING - ENTREPRENEURS
Generalities:
The purpose of this individual coaching program is to help individuals find entrepreneurial or career solutions while taking into account their entire environment at personal, relational, managerial, and strategic levels. It’s within that framework that Ms Domarin, a certified professional coach, will accompany Mr. $LASTNAME.
So the programme is: about laying strong foundations for your business, such as:
Clarify your mindset, define your positioning, shape a compelling offer, build visibility, attract your first clients quickly, and sell with simplicity and confidence.
It is designed for entrepreneurs who want to launch fast without cutting corners — with clarity instead of overwhelm, and action instead of endless planning.
What it gives you as an entrepreneur:
- A sharp entrepreneurial mindset to make aligned decisions
- Clear positioning that differentiates you and attracts the right clients
- A simple, effective offer you can communicate and sell with ease
- Focused visibility strategies that match your energy and values
- Short feedback loops to test, adjust, and move forward quickly
- Support to move from ideas to revenue without overcomplicating
As your coach, you can expect me to:
- Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you
- Provide safety, encouragement and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore
- Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
- Expand your view of what is possible and promote the discovery of new insights
- Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board
- Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
- Be an ongoing resource for you in accomplishing your intentions
I expect that you, as my client, will:
- Cultivate a core honesty with yourself
- Commit yourself to intentions that are significant to you
- Be open to my feedback, and keep me honestly informed as to what is and is not working for you
- Take ownership of your progress and your accomplishments
- Book your next session when you have fully completed your assessment
- Take financial responsibility for your coaching time. If you can't give 2 days' notice for a missed appointment, you may receive your coaching via email.
My philosophy is that you have the capacity and inner resources to approach your current life situation in a way that transforms your ability to have more of what you want, with considerably less effort.
STRUCTURE OF THE SESSIONS
Each session follows a simple, high-impact rhythm
- We set one clear objective at a time.
- We identify what personally fuels your motivation.
- We explore and experiment with new insights, tools, and behaviours.
- You implement the work through your assignment.
- Once the assignment is completed, you book your next session and come prepared to share what progressed, what shifted, and what adjustments may be needed.
In our conversations, the focus remains primarily on the "How" and the "What" - the actionable levers that help you move forward - rather than on dwelling on the "Why"; This approach deepens your self-awareness, strengthens your decision-making, and progressively equips you to solve challenges with autonomy and confidence.
THE OPTIMAL COACHING EXPERIENCE
Ms DOMARIN will personalise each coaching session to the study of concrete situations and challenges that you will introduce. The search for solutions will cover four potential levels of problems
- Individual (personal obstacles to overcome)
- Relational (towards yourself and others
- Project management (development of an action to bring about change)
Other issues could also be explored.
REQUIREMENT TO BOOK YOUR NEXT SESSIONS
To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the programme, each session must be earned through action.
You commit to:
- Completing your assignment given at the end of our session, as well as any additional work or information requested.
- Arriving prepared, with a dedicated notebook and pen, ready to engage with your own insights and progress.
- Bringing forward what you have learned, integrated, or questioned so we can evaluate your evolution and refine the next steps accordingly. A call strategy session form will be sent to you prior to the session. Feel free to use it.
This structure ensures that every session builds on the last, enabling continuous progress, deeper transformation, and a powerful return on your investment.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything we will use in this coaching experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will be housed in a secure, confidential “Private Client Portal”. Upon enrolling in the coaching experience, you will receive a unique username and password. At your convenience, you may access this “Private Client Portal” to review and/or update the tools, documents, resources, etc. that we’ll use in our coaching. I will provide you with access information and further instructions once we begin coaching.
Through this "Private Client Portal," I will provide you with a tool to help you prepare for your coaching sessions and make the most of every minute we spend together. I will also provide you with another specific tool to support you after our coaching session is complete, so the coaching continues into your everyday life. And between coaching sessions, you will have access to me via email and a Client Log tool, so that at any time you have questions, get stuck, or care to share victories, I am available to you.
THE SYSTEM OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach represents, warrants and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of the coaching relationship will be deemed “Confidential Information” and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, whether verbal or written, between the Coach and the Client or regarding this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional purposes only with the Client's consent. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Confidential Information” does not include information that is:
(a) previously known to the Coach before discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b) publicly disclosed by the Client either before or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
(c) independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d) rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required under applicable law, rule, or order, provided that, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, the Coach provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client’s request, destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach’s possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the privacy policy. Click here to access the Privacy Policy. It will inform you about the following:
- How we collect personal information.
- How we use, store, transfer and protect your personal information.
- How do we share your information with third parties.
- The length of time your personal information is kept.
- Your right to access, withdraw and modify your personal data.
THE SYSTEM OF MONEY
PAY IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS (X2):
With this option, you pay in two (2) instalments of (€655,00) under the agreement, including administrative fees. The first is due at the beginning of our coaching agreement. The second will be automatically paid on the same day of the following month.
The program includes the following:
- 1 first session of 60 minutes followed by unlimited 30-minute online coaching sessions for one year.
- Messaging support between sessions
- Quarterly progress reviews
- Additional tools and resources as they evolve
- Access to our secure Private Client Portal
- High availability, responsiveness, and personalised attention
- A result-driven methodology focused on micro-wins.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT:
Post-First Session Withdrawal Guarantee
Following the initial 60-minute session, both the client and the coach retain the right to withdraw from the agreement if they feel the collaboration is not aligned with their expectations. Should either party exercise this withdrawal right, the contract will be terminated without any additional charges.
The client will be reimbursed in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts within the European Union, as outlined in Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which is implemented in the national laws of each Member State.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the written withdrawal request.
The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and sent within the legal withdrawal period.
Individual session Cancellation
Individual sessions must be cancelled through the private client portal at least 24 hours in advance. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered completed and therefore billed.
If Ms Domarin must cancel unexpectedly, she will reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
Please note that cancelling or postponing a session does not modify the payment schedule chosen at the time of purchase. If a session is cancelled or postponed within the authorised 24-hour window, it will remain available and can be used at a later date.
Programme Cancellation, Refund Policy & Flexibility Options
After the Withdrawal Garantee period, the acquisition of the programme is considered a full and final commitment.
No refund is granted for cancellations by the client, regardless of the remaining duration or unused sessions.
However, to offer maximum flexibility and preserve the value of your investment, two options are available:
- Programme Transfer:
You may transfer your programme to the person of your choice. The transfer must be communicated in writing, and the new participant will be onboarded in accordance with standard procedures.
- Programme Suspension:
In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen personal circumstances, you may request a temporary suspension of your programme. Each request will be reviewed with care to determine an appropriate return date.
These conditions ensure a respectful, fair, and sustainable commitment for both parties while safeguarding your ability to benefit fully from the programme.

Before our intervention, we set up an agreement with the client's contact person outlining the desired outcome and the scope of our intervention.
- CONSIDERATION
We consider the person (or group of people) with whom we work as part of a global ecosystem (company, department, team ...) and carry out our missions and support of the individuals and groups in the interest of the ecosystem.
- EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
We make all our experience, professional expertise, and people skills available to the people we work with according to the themes and/or issues.
- COLLABORATION
We work with caring, cordiality, and with an appreciation for the differences and uniqueness of each person.
- VALUES
Our values are listening, empowerment and inspiration.
- REFERRALS
We would like to let our client know that if problems arise during the intervention that are outside our scope of expertise, we will recommend engaging other professionals.
- LEGISLATION
We refuse to help our clients act outside the framework of European legislation or when the intervention would be prejudicial to the stakeholders.
- RESPONSIBILITY
We give our clients the freedom to make their own decisions and empower them to be autonomous.

If you do not show up for the calls or follow through on the commitments we’ve made together, the only guarantee is that it will not work for you!
